Delivery and shipping -

Items ready to ship with 1-3 business days.

Domestic:  All parcels are sent via Australia Post.  We offer free delivery within Australia, using ParcelPost satchels, which include tracking.  Delivery times vary between 2-10 working days, depending on destination.

International:  We offer a flat rate of AU$10 - $15 to selected countries (see list in SHIPPING section), using a standard airmail service, which doesn't include tracking.  If you require a tracking service, please contact me prior to purchase.  Delivery is generally anywhere from seven to 21 business days.  Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs fees or tariffs associated with international shipping.

on june or janet is not responsible for any lost, stolen or undelivered items.  Customer assumes all risk.

Products -

All items available for purchase are ready to ship.  I am currently not undertaking custom orders.

All items are handmade by me in my small studio and are made from locally-sourced new and/or up-cycled fabrics.  Most pieces are very limited in number (and in some instances, one-of-a-kind).  Print placement will vary from piece to piece.  All efforts are made to photograph items as close to the correct colour as possible, but different screens may show slight variations in colour.

Returns -

With regard to sizing:  I encourage you to contact me prior to purchase if you have any queries with regard to measurements.  Having larger than average-sized children myself, I understand that size selection can sometimes cause confusion.  If in doubt, I recommend sizing up.  If the item was purchased in the incorrect size, please contact me within three days of receiving your item to discuss an agreed arrangement with regards to an exchange (if available) or refund.  Items must be returned unworn/unused with all tags attached, and in the condition in when they were received in order for the exchange/refund to be processed.  Shipping charges incurred by the customer to return items will not be refunded.

With regard to faulty items:  I do my very best to photograph and describe all items as accurately as possible.  I make all pieces by hand with the greatest of care and inspect them before packaging them up and sending them to their new home.  In the unlikely event that an item is defective, please contact me within three days of receiving your item to discuss an agreed arrangement with regards to an exchange (if available) or refund.  Items must be returned unworn/unused with all tags attached, and in the condition in which they were received in order for the exchange/refund to be processed.  In the case of faulty merchandise, shipping charges incurred by the the customer to return items will be refunded.

Any refunds agreed upon will be be issued via Paypal. 

All sale items are final and no returns or exchanges can be made.

Refunds are not given if you simply change your mind - sorry!
